When you fill in a form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and phone number, what you are looking for (for example renting or buying, bedrooms, budget and move date), details of an apartment you own, and your preferred language.
We do this because you asked us to and gave your consent on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop contacting you.
No. Giving us your details is voluntary, but without a name and a way to contact you we cannot tell you about apartments or arrange a valuation.
Your details are held by Hawks Estate Agents in our property management system and email. We do not sell your information. We only share it with service providers who help us run our business (such as our software and hosting providers), or where the law requires us to.
This website is hosted by IONOS in the European Union, which the UK recognises as giving an adequate level of protection. Fonts are supplied by Google, which may process your device's IP address in the United States under the UK-US data bridge. Otherwise your details are held in the UK.
If you only make an enquiry, we keep your details for as long as you want to hear from us, and delete them once we have had no contact with you for 3 years. If you go on to buy, sell, rent or let a property through us, we keep the records for 6 years after that transaction or tenancy ends, as we are required to for legal, tax and anti-money laundering purposes.
We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not use your details for profiling.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy to take to another organisation. To do any of these, email hello@dickensyard.com or call 0203 002 6769. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
